I’ve just spent several weeks reworking my old static html web pages into a more dynamic site using WordPress. Despite the investment of time that this required — finding a theme that I could most easily edit to get something close to what I originally imagined, editing it, deciding I didn’t like it, finding a new theme, editing that, taking my own photographs and hacking away at them in Photoshop, and writing new content — it’s actually much easier to edit online content in this software than in traditional web pages.
Here, you’ll find brief descriptions of my current research projects and, starting very shortly, I’ll begin posting observations, thoughts, and links that relate to my work and archaeology more generally.
